Visitors are welcome at our shop which is located in Prahran, an inner city suburb close to the Melbourne CBD. We changed locality in 2000 but did not go very far. Originally we could be found at 115 Greville Street. The address is almost the same (now Rear of 115 Greville Street) but access to the shop is from a laneway off Grattan Street. The map below will help you find us. If you are having trouble just give us a call and we will navigate you. Because of our specialised nature we have a locked door and you will need to ring the bell to gain entrance.

Getting there

Our bookshop is just 6 kms from the Melbourne CBD, adjacent to the Chapel Street shopping precinct and Prahran Market.

Our street address is Rear of 115 Greville Street, Prahran, Victoria. Access via laneway (Glass Place) off Grattan Street.

We are easily accessible by public transport. Trains frequently leave the city form Flinders Street Station (or City Loop at certain times). Take the Sandringham line to Prahran Station. Trams also run along Commercial Road, High Street and Chapel Street.

Visit ptv.vic.gov.au for more information and for timetables for train, tram and bus.

There is one hour free parking on Greville, Grattan and surrounding streets, and a 15 minute parking on Grattan Street (at Greville Street corner). Otherwise there are undercover and off street carparks nearby.
